Two ways to apply

A residence permit through employment can be obtained in two ways:

Through your own company — registering a d.o.o., creating a position and a contract of employment that meets the requirements for the company's structure. Routes and conditions are covered on the business immigration page.
Through an official employer in Slovenia — if you already have a job offer from a Slovenian company, we prepare the documents, publish the vacancy and handle the review through the Employment Service.
