Is it enough to receive €60,000 over six months as a single sum?

No. At least €10,000 must come in separately in each of six consecutive months before the application is filed — the total for the period does not matter.

What proves where the receipts come from?

Bank statements together with contracts, invoices, work completion records and delivery documents — a bank statement on its own does not prove commercial origin.

When can I bring my family after a permit through company turnover?

After a year of lawful residence in Slovenia on a valid permit — meeting the turnover condition does not give the right to immediate family reunification.

Requirements for the company

The company is registered in Slovenia and has a transaction account in the country
It carries out genuine commercial activity
In each of the last 6 months it received at least €10,000 specifically from its activity
The basis for each payment is backed by documents; there is no tax debt
The business activity in which the applicant will work is registered

Receiving €60,000 in total over six months is not enough — the €10,000 minimum must be met separately in each of six consecutive months.

Despite a total of more than €60,000, you cannot file for this period — in April the receipts were below €10,000. You have to wait for a new six-month period in which every month meets the minimum.

What does NOT count as a receipt from activity

Paying in the share capital, a loan or support from the founder
Transfers between your own or related accounts with no real transaction
Repayment of a loan previously given out, personal transfers by the founder
Payments with no contract and invoice, money that is immediately returned to the sender
